This modern, single storey villa is currently being built for you on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Beaufort with stunning views of the village of Oupia. For diner you can walk to the Auberge Saint Martin with good cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere. The castle of Beaufort towers above the village, there are narrow streets that lead you to the chapel that still serves. At 2km you can not only do your shopping, but also choose from a variety of restaurants and stroll through the village itself; Olonzac. Vineyards, hills and forests; it is a pleasure to cycle and walk here. South of Olonzac is a large lake, the "Lac de Jouarres", where you can surf, sail and swim. In Homps you will find the ports of the Canal du Midi and you can rent a boat for a day trip. This single-storey six-person villa is luxurious with a heatable private swimming pool with sun terrace. The U-shape of the villa "embraces" the sun terrace and swimming pool. Inside a large living room with open kitchen and a sitting area by the fireplace. On one side is a Master Bedroom with bathroom en-suite and on the other side are the other two bedrooms; they share the second bathroom. The beds are generous and of excellent quality. You can lower the automatic shutters to sleep even better and the existing air conditioning system completes the comfort.
