Le Loft

You'll find this old barn, transformed into a stunning loft, just outside the village of Olonzac. Stroll through the village, admire the old, restored buildings and stop off at one of the outdoor cafés for a cup of coffee and cake or a nice lunch or dinner. You can rent a boat or book a guided tour of the Canal du Midi in the harbour of Homps. It's very exciting going through all the locks of the canal. There's also a large lake nearby offering beaches, pedalos, canoes and swimming opportunities. The area is rich in history, with a large number of castles, but is also perfect for a day at the beach. You'll find the loft hidden behind an enormous, wooden gate. Once this is opened, you'll see the light flood into a wonderful, open living area. The open fireplace that seems to be floating and the steel staircase are two of many beautiful features. The large patio doors open out onto a sheltered terrace with swimming pool. The large, open-plan living area includes a kitchen and lounge area with TV. There's a second lounge area upstairs, which makes an ideal spot to relax with a good book. You'll also find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs plus a separate single bed. This unique accommodation is set in a unique location and comes highly recommended!
